Cardinal Strength & Conditioning Program
Every Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00am - 8:30 am, beginning June 9th and running through July 30th. Any athlete in 7th –12th grade. There is no cost to the athlete. Supervision is provided by the RV coaching staff. The program is designed to develop strength, speed, agility & quickness regardless of age or gender. Meet in the Redwood Area Community Center. |
